Happy pregnant woman

“To be pregnant is to be vitally alive, thoroughly woman, and distressingly inhabited. Soul and spirit are stretched ‒ along with body ‒ making pregnancy a time of transition, growth, and profound beginnings.”

~ Anne Christian Buchanan

Pregnant women feel headaches and fever.

Pregnancy and childbirth can bring up mixed emotions... anxiety, joy, fear of the unknown.

Childbirth classes can help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body and with the birthing process.
